Pricing FAQ

The short answers

Need an invoice or a larger pack? Email support@avatarsay.com.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no monthly reset and no subscription to cancel.

What if I run out in the middle of something?

We will show you the exact shortfall and let you pick a pack without losing your prompt or script. After checkout you return to the same flow with the credits added.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent are not refundable. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. You buy credits when you need them and use them whenever you like.

How is a talking video charged?

At 12 credits per second, with a 5-second minimum. We measure the actual generated audio and charge for those seconds, so the final cost can differ slightly from the estimate shown before you submit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. We do not store your card details.
